What happens after I submit the form?
Within 30 minutes: automated confirmation email. Within 4 hours: a senior engineer reviews your requirements and contacts you if any clarification is needed. If your requirements are complex (100+ TPD, unusual raw material), we may take up to 48 hours.
Is the proposal legally binding?
The free proposal is an indicative commercial offer, not a binding contract. Prices are valid for 30 days from issue date. To convert the proposal into a binding order, you sign a purchase contract and pay a deposit. The contract price will match the proposal price if your requirements haven't changed. We explicitly confirm this before any contract is signed.
What if I receive the proposal and decide not to order?
That is completely fine. The proposal is free with no obligation. Some clients use our proposal to present to investors or banks for project financing. Some use it to compare with other suppliers. Some receive it and decide the project is not feasible for their budget — and we tell you honestly if that's the case. We ask only that you let us know if you're no longer interested so we can close the file.
How many revisions can I request?
After receiving your initial proposal, you can request unlimited clarifying questions and one free formal revision (if your requirements change after seeing the initial design). For clients who proceed to order, additional design revisions are included free throughout the manufacturing process.
