Plant layout design, process flow diagram, and equipment selection guidance are provided free of charge with every equipment order. On-site commissioning by our engineers, operator training, and installation guidance are included in turnkey project packages. For customers purchasing single machines only, remote installation guidance and one year of technical support are always included at no extra cost.
Contact us as early as possible — even if you only have a rough capacity target and a raw material type. Our free plant design consultation takes 24–48 hours and gives you a layout, equipment list, and cost estimate. Early engagement allows us to optimize the design for your specific building dimensions and local operating conditions before you commit to construction or investment.
Yes. We have dispatched commissioning engineers to 80+ countries across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and South America. Engineer travel costs (flights, accommodation, visa) are charged separately from equipment — typically $2,000–$4,000 for most African and Asian countries, depending on distance and duration. For large projects above 50 TPD, two engineers are dispatched.
Training is conducted in English by default. For Arabic-speaking clients (Middle East, North Africa), Arabic-language operator manuals are provided and training can be supported by an Arabic-speaking technical translator. We also provide operator manuals in French for West African clients and Spanish/Portuguese for South American clients. The PLC/HMI interface language is configured to match the local language before shipping.
