What Is a Turnkey Oil Production Line?

One contract, one responsible partner — from feasibility and engineering through equipment supply, installation and commercial startup

Single-Source Responsibility

We take full project accountability — process design, equipment selection, layout, utilities interface and performance at handover. You avoid coordinating multiple vendors, mismatched interfaces and scope gaps between engineering and installation teams.

From Design to Commissioning

Turnkey scope covers feasibility review, P&ID and layout drawings, manufacturing, shipping, on-site installation supervision, cold and hot commissioning, performance testing and operator training — until your plant produces saleable oil.

Faster Project Delivery

Integrated planning reduces rework and delays. Equipment modules are pre-engineered to connect — conveyors, pumps, tanks and control systems arrive as a matched set rather than assembled piecemeal on site.

Ideal for EPC & Government Projects

Investors, agribusiness groups and public food programs benefit from documented engineering packages, inspection records and predictable timelines — essential for tenders, bank financing and export market entry.

Complete Scope of Supply

Six integrated service modules delivered under one turnkey contract — covering every phase from concept to long-term support

Plant Design

Process flow diagrams, P&ID, 3D layout, utility load tables and civil works guidance — optimized for your oil type, capacity and local building codes.

Equipment Manufacturing

Seed prep, pressing, filtration, refining, storage tanks, conveyors and control panels — factory-built, tested and shipped as integrated production modules.

Installation

On-site installation supervision, mechanical alignment, piping and electrical hook-up — ensuring every section connects correctly before startup.

Commissioning

Cold and hot test runs, oil sample analysis, performance verification against design capacity — documented handover with operating parameters confirmed.

Training

Operator and maintenance training on seed prep, pressing, filtration, refining and PLC systems — manuals, SOPs and safety procedures included.

After-Sales

Spare parts supply, remote troubleshooting, upgrade paths and annual service visits — keeping your turnkey line running at design efficiency year after year.

Complete Production Flow

Nine integrated stages from raw oilseed intake to packaged finished oil — every section engineered to connect seamlessly in a turnkey plant

Seed Intake Receiving, weighing and storage of raw oilseeds
Cleaning Remove stones, dust, metal and impurities
Dehulling Separate hulls for higher press efficiency
Roasting Condition seeds for maximum oil yield
Pressing Mechanical crude oil extraction
Filtration Clarify crude oil — remove cake fines
Refining Degumming, neutralizing, bleaching, deodorizing
Storage Crude and refined oil tank farm
Packaging Bottle, pouch or bulk distribution

System Integration

How every section connects — material flow, automation architecture and quality control points across the full turnkey line

Integrated Material Flow

Screw conveyors, bucket elevators and oil transfer pumps link seed prep, pressing, filtration and refining — designed as one continuous flow path with buffer tanks at each transition to prevent bottlenecks and downtime.

Automation & Central Control

PLC control panels monitor temperature, pressure, motor load and flow rates across the plant. Optional SCADA provides central dashboards, alarm logging and recipe management for multi-shift commercial operation.

Quality Control Points

QC sampling stations after pressing, filtration and refining — moisture, FFA, peroxide and color testing protocols built into the process layout for consistent food-grade output and buyer audit readiness.

Utilities & Auxiliary Systems

Steam boiler, cooling water, compressed air and electrical load coordinated in the engineering package — utility specifications delivered with layout drawings so civil and MEP contractors install correctly the first time.

Typical Project Timeline

Four standard phases from contract signing to commercial production — durations vary by plant capacity and local site conditions

Phase 1

Design

4–8 weeks — feasibility review, process design, P&ID, layout drawings, equipment list and utility specifications. Client approval before manufacturing release.

Phase 2

Manufacturing

8–16 weeks — factory production, quality inspection, FAT testing, packing and shipping. Parallel civil works can proceed during this phase.

Phase 3

Installation

4–8 weeks — equipment erection, piping, electrical wiring and utility connections on site. Our engineers supervise alignment and mechanical completion.

Phase 4

Commissioning

2–4 weeks — cold/hot startup, performance testing, operator training and documented handover. Plant ready for commercial oil production.

Typical total delivery: 18–36 weeks for 10–50 TPD lines · 12–24 months for 100+ TPD industrial projects

Frequently Asked Questions

A turnkey project includes process engineering, plant layout, equipment manufacturing, shipping, installation supervision, commissioning, performance testing and operator training. Scope can cover seed preparation through pressing, filtration, refining, storage and optional packaging — all under single-source responsibility from design to startup.

A 10 TPD turnkey pressing + filtration line typically ranges from USD 150,000–350,000 (equipment and engineering). A 50 TPD plant with semi-continuous refining may range from USD 600,000–1.2 million. Industrial 100+ TPD turnkey EPC projects are quoted individually. Civil works, utilities and local taxes are additional. We provide itemized proposals based on oil type, capacity and automation level.

Typical delivery is 18–36 weeks for 10–50 TPD lines (design, manufacturing, installation and commissioning). Larger 100+ TPD industrial projects may require 12–24 months depending on complexity, import logistics and civil works progress. We provide a detailed project schedule with milestones at contract signing.

Civil construction (building, foundations, drainage) is typically executed by local contractors using our layout and foundation load drawings. We specify workshop dimensions, floor loads and utility connections — and supervise equipment installation once the building is ready. Turnkey scope can include civil works guidance or local partner recommendations.

We design turnkey lines for peanut, soybean, sunflower, palm, rapeseed, cottonseed, sesame and coconut oil. Each oil type requires specific prep equipment (dehuller, roaster configuration) and refining parameters. Share your primary oilseed and target product (crude, refined or packaged) for a customized process design.

We supply spare parts lists, operating manuals, remote troubleshooting via video call and optional annual service visits. Warranty covers manufacturing defects on core equipment. Long-term support includes capacity upgrades, additional press lines and refinery expansion modules as your business grows.
