FAQ

Factory & Manufacturing Questions

Yes. We welcome factory visits from prospective clients. Visits include: a full factory tour with our sales and technical team, live machine demonstrations on our test floor, review of your project requirements with our chief engineer, and sample oil testing from the machines you are considering. Most clients spend half a day at the factory. We can arrange accommodation in Zhengzhou and airport transfer. Contact us to schedule a visit.

ISO9001:2015 for quality management (covering design, manufacturing, testing, and after-sales). CE marking on all electrical components meeting European safety standards. SGS factory verification certificates. All equipment is tested at full load before shipping. Press screws are made from custom-formulated alloy steel for extended service life (800–1,200 hours vs 400–600 hours for standard steel).

SinoOil's 15,000 m² facility can produce 200–300 complete oil processing plant packages per year. Current lead times: stock machines (6YL presses, plate filters) — 7–15 days. Custom equipment (special sizes, non-standard materials) — 30–45 days. Complete turnkey plant packages — 45–60 days.

We offer OEM manufacturing for qualified international distributors and buyers. OEM requirements: minimum order of 10 machines per model per production run, buyer provides brand specifications (nameplate design, colour, packing marks), lead time 45–60 days.
