  • Leaks, unusual noise, vibration and temperature
  • Guards, emergency stops and visible cables
  • Oil, seed and residue buildup
  • Pressure, temperature and motor-current trends where instruments exist

Planned inspection groups

  • Bearings, seals, belts, chains and couplings
  • Pumps, valves, hoses and filter cloth
  • Heating circuits, fans, coils and heat exchangers
  • Fasteners, frames, welds and product-contact surfaces
  • Sensors, switches, contactors and terminal tightness by qualified personnel

Critical spare-parts method

  • List parts that stop the whole line
  • Record exact model and drawing reference
  • Separate consumables from repair parts
  • Set reorder points from lead time and usage
  • Photograph labels before ordering replacements

When contacting support

  • Machine model and serial/nameplate image
  • Fault time and operating step
  • Short overall and close-up videos
  • Control-panel display or alarm
  • Recent maintenance and material changes
