300-Type Vacuum Dehydrator
A stainless-steel vacuum unit that draws moisture out of pressed or refined oil under reduced pressure — so water boils off at a lower temperature and the oil stays stable.
Designed for its job in the edible-oil line, not a generic unit.
Food-contact surfaces in stainless steel where it matters.
Capacity and configuration matched to your material and throughput.
Pairs with our prep/press/filter/refine line; install & spares support.

Function & Working Principle
Removes moisture under reduced pressure to protect the oil from heat damage.
Oil-wetted parts are stainless steel for hygiene and corrosion resistance.
Works at a controlled temperature rather than aggressive high-heat drying.
Includes the vacuum source and condensate handling needed to capture removed water.
Operating parameters are managed through the unit's control arrangement.
Supplied as a tank or skid-mounted unit for integration into the oil line.
Working principle
Warm pressed or filtered oil is fed into the dehydration vessel.
A vacuum system lowers the pressure inside the tank so water vaporizes at a lower temperature.
Water vapor is drawn off and condensed away, leaving the oil drier.
The dehydrated oil is discharged for cooling, storage or bottling.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can the 300-Type Vacuum Dehydrator process?
It is suited to Edible oil pressing lines, Oil refining plants, Post-filtration oil drying, Pre-bottling moisture control and similar materials. Tell us your seed type and target product and our engineers will confirm suitability.
Is the 300-Type Vacuum Dehydrator suitable for small and medium oil mills?
Yes. It is built for small and medium operations; configuration is matched to your throughput and workshop space.
Why remove moisture under vacuum instead of high heat?
Under vacuum, water evaporates at a lower temperature, so the oil is dried gently without the heat damage that high-temperature drying would cause.
Can the capacity, power and dimensions be customized?
Capacity, motor power and dimensions are matched to your requirement. Contact us with your throughput, material and country for the full parameter sheet.
What after-sales support do you provide?
Installation guidance, operating instructions and spare-parts support are available. Contact our engineers for details on your project.
