90-Type Fire Drum Roaster
A directly fire-heated rotating drum that roasts oilseeds evenly before pressing — developing aroma, reducing moisture and helping lift oil yield.
Designed for its job in the edible-oil line, not a generic unit.
Food-contact surfaces in stainless steel where it matters.
Capacity and configuration matched to your material and throughput.
Pairs with our prep/press/filter/refine line; install & spares support.

Function & Working Principle
Continuous rotation keeps seeds moving for even heat contact and consistent color.
Heated by coal, wood or biomass for low-cost operation where solid fuel is available.
Fire intensity is managed by the operator to suit different seed types and roast levels.
Few moving parts and a heavy drum make the unit well suited to demanding workshop use.
Roasts a range of oilseeds, from peanut and sesame to soybean and rapeseed.
Prepares seeds at the right moisture and temperature to feed directly into pressing.
Working principle
Cleaned oilseeds are fed into the rotating drum chamber.
A coal, wood or biomass fire heats the drum shell from outside.
Continuous drum rotation turns the seeds so every batch roasts evenly without scorching.
Roasted seeds are released, ready to move on to the oil press.

Frequently Asked Questions
What can the 90-Type Fire Drum Roaster process?
It is suited to Peanut (groundnut), Sesame, Soybean, Rapeseed and similar materials. Tell us your seed type and target product and our engineers will confirm suitability.
Is the 90-Type Fire Drum Roaster suitable for small and medium oil mills?
Yes. It is built for small and medium operations; configuration is matched to your throughput and workshop space.
Why roast oilseeds before pressing?
Roasting conditions the seed — lowering moisture and developing flavor — so more oil releases cleanly during pressing and the finished oil carries its characteristic aroma.
Can the capacity, power and dimensions be customized?
Capacity, motor power and dimensions are matched to your requirement. Contact us with your throughput, material and country for the full parameter sheet.
What after-sales support do you provide?
Installation guidance, operating instructions and spare-parts support are available. Contact our engineers for details on your project.
