Four pressing stages in one pass: the 125 type's bar-cage chamber tightens stage by stage, squeezing the cake repeatedly so more oil flows out and less is wasted. 200–300 kg/h on a 15 kW motor with smart control cabinet — the backbone of 3–7 tonne-per-day mills.
A single-pass press squeezes once; a four-stage chamber squeezes the same material four times as it travels the 123 mm pressing chamber, each stage at higher pressure than the last. That staged compression is what pushes residual oil in the dry cake down to 6.5% or below — without re-pressing the cake manually.
The bar-cage (strip-row) construction drains oil quickly along the full chamber length and comes with an advanced control cabinet: one operator starts the line and the press manages itself. It handles peanuts, soybeans, sunflower, rapeseed, sesame and more.

| Item | 125 Type |
|---|---|
| Capacity | 200–300 kg/h |
| Motor | 15 kW (6-pole) |
| Pressing chamber diameter | 123 mm |
| Pressing stages | 4 (bar-cage) |
| Dry cake residual oil | ≤6.5% |
| Machine weight | ≈1,000–1,050 kg |
| Footprint | ≈220×80×160 cm |
The chamber tightens in four steps, re-squeezing the cake within one pass — visibly more oil and a drier cake than single-stage presses.
Strip-row cage drains oil along the whole chamber, keeping temperature lower and throughput steady.
Push-button start, motor protection and heating control in one cabinet — single-operator running.
Peanut, soybean, sunflower, rapeseed, sesame and more on the same screw with parameter changes only.
≈1 tonne machine weight, hardened screw and cage — engineered for double-shift daily operation.
At 200–300 kg/h, a single shift of 10 hours presses 2–3 tonnes of seed; double shifts support 5–7 tonnes per day. Pair with matching roaster and filter for a balanced line.
After pressing, the dry cake still holds at most 6.5% oil by weight — the practical benchmark for an efficient screw press. Lower residual oil means more sellable oil from every tonne of seed.
Roughly double the throughput (200–300 vs 100–150 kg/h), a larger 123 mm four-stage chamber, and a 15 kW motor. If your seed supply supports 3+ tonnes a day, the 125 earns its price difference quickly.
For 3–7 TPD mechanical pressing, a four-stage bar-cage press like the 125 type is the standard answer: staged compression for yield, bar cage for drainage, and an established spare-parts ecosystem.
