It offers the best balance of investment, daily output and operational efficiency for regional producers in Africa, Middle East and South America. Many clients with stable markets upgrade from 20 TPD to 50 TPD within 3–5 years using modular expansion zones planned in the original layout.
Equipment investment for a complete 30 TPD line (preparation, pressing, filtration, refining, storage and PLC automation) typically ranges from USD 250,000–450,000 depending on oil type, refining level and automation. A 20 TPD plant starts lower; a 50 TPD fully automated configuration is higher. Building construction and utilities are additional. We provide itemized quotations based on your layout and specifications.
A 50 TPD plant requires 1,400–1,800 m² of workshop floor space plus additional area for raw material storage, finished oil warehousing, packaging and utility rooms (steam boiler, water treatment, electrical substation). Total site area of 3,000–5,000 m² is typical. We provide detailed layout drawings showing equipment placement, material flow and expansion zones.
Choose 20 TPD if you serve a single region with established wholesale contracts and want controlled investment. Choose 30 TPD for multi-city supply — the most popular starting point. Choose 50 TPD when you have confirmed large-volume buyers, export contracts or abundant raw material supply. Higher capacity reduces cost per ton but requires more capital, space and operating staff.
For factory-scale plants targeting supermarkets, branded retail or export, we recommend including refining from day one. Crude oil alone limits market access. Semi-continuous or continuous refining modules integrate with pressing and filtration lines. Layouts can reserve refinery space if you plan a phased investment — but most 30–50 TPD clients install refining in the initial build.
Yes. Industrial lines handle peanut, soybean, sunflower, rapeseed, cottonseed and palm kernel oil. Some oilseeds require dehulling or different roasting parameters — our engineers configure the line for your primary crop and provide changeover procedures for seasonal switching. Refining settings are adjusted per oil type.
We supply complete equipment packages with customized plant design, layout drawings, installation supervision, commissioning support and operator training.
